OFFICE MANAGER

Melissa is originally from Austin but has spent the last 15 years in College Station after graduating from Texas A&M University with a BA in Communication and a double minor in Business and Dance. Before moving back home to Austin with her Husband and 2-year-old son, Melissa was the Director of the Expressions Dance Company (EDC), for 12 years. Melissa has always had a love and passion for competitive dance but when her family moved back to Austin she thought it was time for a change. While she is a newcomer to the financial service industry she has lots of experience in customer service and is excited to be joining the ENZI Team. Outside of work, Melissa loves working out, doing CrossFit with her husband, and exploring everything Austin has to offer.

PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Daniel joined William and David in 2019. He is in charge of administering all client accounts. He oversees all investment analysis and due diligence, portfolio allocations, and trading. He graduated from Texas A&M and is a CFP® professional. He loves his dog Astro, eyeing the latest stock trends, and trying new menu items — no matter how scary the name.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Daniel joined the rest of the family in August 2022 after finishing his Master’s in Sport Administration at the University of Miami. He played college golf at both Penn State and Mississippi State and his experience primes him to have an impact on firm operations and coordinating the ideal client experience. Daniel loves to play in local skins games, travel to national parks, and take his dog Sandy all over Austin.

SENIOR TAX ASSOCIATE

Dean joins the team after nearly two decades in public finance in New York City. He provides a unique perspective with valuable experience in both the finance and accounting professions. After spending many years on Wall Street with firms such as Merrill Lynch and Jefferies, he began working in public accounting with Baker Tilly. Dean’s knack for number crunching and attention to detail makes him a key contributor in providing a great experience for all clients. After busy tax seasons he enjoys cross-country road trips and camping.

MANAGING PARTNER

William is a co-founder and partner in ENZI Wealth. He originally joined his dad at Ameriprise in 2017 and found a natural gift for the world of personal finance. He is a former college golfer and takes his attention to detail and precision to mapping out each unique financial decision clients face. William graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in English. Known by his nickname ‘Soup’ his bi-weekly musings can be found at his podcast The Soup of Wall Street where he can finally put his liberal arts education to good use.

In his off time, William can be found on the golf course, traveling with his wife, or trying out one of the many new restaurants Austin has to offer.

David has been in the business since 1994 and co-founded ENZI in 2021. He is completely devoted to the success of each client, and he excels at providing specific, actionable advice. After getting his MBA from UT-Austin he moved to Houston to begin his financial advisory career with IDS. He was one of the first adopters of their fee-based advisory platform and was providing comprehensive financial planning long before it became the industry standard. His dedicated focus on client relationships and taking care of people first is what has kept him in the business for nearly 30 years. With his sons now in the business, he looks forward to continuing to serve clients for the next 30 years.

When he’s not at the office he can be found taking his wife’s 5:45 AM cycling class or cheering on his Philadelphia sports teams.
